Returns

Customers must notify Mara Wanda if they wish to return their order within 14 days from receipt. Please email info@marawanda.com if you wish to do so stating your order number. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original conditions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Mara Wanda. Mara Wanda is not responsible for damaged or lost items during transit, we do suggest to select a tracked service to return items.

Upon delivery of returned goods, items will be inspected and a refund or exchange will be processed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
