Shipments within the UK

Delivery by Royal Mail.

After successfully placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. All orders are shipped within 2-3 working days depending on stock availability (excluding commissions.) Once your order has been posted you will receive a second email with a shipment confirmation.

You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days of placing your order.

International Shipments

After successfully placing an order you will receive an email confirming that your purchase was processed. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a second email with a shipment confirmation that may include a tracking number (when applicable), this can be used to track your package all the way to your door.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, customs policies vary widely from country to country and you may want to check with your local customs office what these fees may be.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.

Currency Conversion

All prices listed on this website are in GBP. For an approximate currency conversion visit www.xe.com. However, please remember that the bank that has issued your cards determines the exchange rate that you will actually pay.

Policy and Terms

By placing an order at Mara Wanda you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Mara Wanda.  This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
